APPOINTMENTS

In order to ensure that you secure your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email/text 48 & 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We suggest that you arrive for your scheduled appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. 

If you find that you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will be forced to shorten the length of your appointment as we need to prepare for our next client. Check out our FAQ for most common questions.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

We require 48 hour advance notice for cancellation, rescheduling or no-show of services.

We require that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.

*Your credit card will not be charged unless your cancelled/rescheduled or no-show appointment goes unfilled, then it will be charged a $50.00 . We do our best to fill these openings – just like you, we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge you for a cancellation or rescheduling.

** If we cannot fill your cancelled/rescheduled appointment/s you are responsible for the full cost of all services cancelled or rescheduled, regardless of the reason for cancelling or rescheduling. We charge this fee whether its a spontaneous weekend away, an emergency phone call that rearranges your day or the flu bug. We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, we do not provide refunds. Only products may be refunded up to 7 days after purchase if unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. All refunds will be issued as Earthbound Skin Spa credit.

 

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is left to the discretion of our guests. We accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check or credit card at the time of checkout.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift  certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

TREATMENT EXPIRATION

Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase date or they will expire.
